HUKARI offers an employee retirement plan in the form of a Simplified Employee Pension – Individual Retirement Account (SEP-IRA). The Company contributes 15% of gross income to fund accounts identified by the employee.

HUKARI offers enrollment in a nationwide PPO Group Health Plan. Coverage applies anywhere in the continental United States where the employee may be assigned with HUKARI. Optional voluntary life insurance at a group rate is also available. Pre-paid legal services are available to employees and their dependents at discounted rates. All benefits are effective the first of the month following the hire date.
